1. Leader of Muslim Brotherhood Arrested- Mohammed Badie, leader of Muslim Brotherhood was arrested by Egyptian security forces Tuesday morning. Badie seen as a “spiritual” leader for the millions of Egyptians protesting.

2. Fence To Be Installed At Sandy Hook School- Town officials in Newtown, Conn. have announced plans to build a fence around the school. The fence will cost about $50 million.

3. Fast Food Workers Call For Walkout- Fast food restaurant employees have organized a national walkout on August 29. The workers are calling for increased wages and the right to form a union.

4. Seeds Set For US Open- The US Open begins next Monday, and the seeds have been set. On the men’s side, Novak Djokavic has secured the number 1 seed, while Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray are 2, 3.

5. RIP Lee Thompson Young- Lee Thompson Young, star of the hit Disney show The Famous Jett Jackson was found dead after tragically taking his own life. He was only 29.
