Boston Bombers Originally Planned July 4th Attack- According to two officials, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Boston Bombers, originally planned a July 4th suicide attack. After they completed their bombs quicker than expected, they decided on Patriot’s Day (April 15).

Unemployment Rate Shrinks- According to the United States government, fell to 7.5 percent from 7.6 percent. The U.S. economy added 165,000 jobs in April.

Barnes & Noble Adds Google Play- In order for customers to get the full catalog of Android apps, Barnes & Noble has taken the move to add the Google Play store to it’s Nook HD and Nook HD+. The Google Play store will be available today.

New Kanye West Album- Kanye West dropped a big hint on his album’s new release by tweeting: “June Eighteenth.” A representative from Def Jam confirmed that will be the album’s release date.

RIP Jeff Hanneman- The heavy metal guitarist of Slayer, Jeff Hanneman, died of liver failure yesterday. He was 49 years old.
