C.I.A. Delivered Bags of Cash to Afghan Government- The New York Times reported today that the C.I.A., delivered bags cash to every month or so to the offices of Afghan President Hamid Karzai. Fire in Russia Psychiatric Hospital- A fire in a Russian psychiatric hospital has claimed the lives of 38 people. 41 people were able to escape the blaze. No cause for the fire has been announced yet.

Google to Remove Meebo Bar- Google announced that as of June 6, the Meebo Bar publishing tool will be retired by the search giant. Meebo, a JavaScript plug-in allows for different social interaction and publishing features.

“Rocky” Musical Headed for Broadway- Cue “Eye of the Tiger,” Rocky will soon make his Broadway debut on Broadway at the Winter Garden this February. Sylvester Stallone will be producing the show. No word on who will be playing Rocky yet.

Beastie Boys sign memoir deal- The Beastie Boys have signed a memoir deal with Random House, The New York Times wrote yesterday. The surviving members will write a book that will be tentatively released in April 2015.
